We have had our legal team review and recommend professional wording and details included in our session agreement for booking sessions with the studio to cover so many issues that can and likely will arise over time for a portrait photographer's business. It covers many necessary details when booking clients which wouldn't even be thought of without years in the business and many client learning opportunities. Some wording is specific to baby's first year's business but can be customized to fit your business needs. Specific details covered covered within this legal document include usage and copyright, liability, client media, payment plans, rescheduling, cancellation, and refunds.
