2. Winner will be chosen through random drawing via random.org with a witnesses present
3. Winner will be announced in the Bitsy Baby Photography e-Newsletter on Aug 6th, 2012 as well as the Bitsy Baby Blog
4. Winner must respond within 48hours of notification or a new winner will be drawn
5. This giveaway is also known as a sweepstakes, winning is by complete luck of the draw and/or hand of God.  
6. Void where prohibited by law
7. Contributing vendors are not eligible to participate in this giveaway
